So want to make sure this is a good living environment for everyone! They have a super friendly dog. They do use the backyard to let their dog out, so that portion is a shared space. So if you have a dog, must also be dog-friendly :) This is definitely not a party house, so really just looking for a considerate renters who are looking for a peaceful home away from home that they'll also treat like theirs.
