The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Senior Order Management Analyst.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for executing operational strategies related to Vehicle / Parts, Accessories & Merchandise Order Management. This role will ensure the order-to-cash cycle is effectively executed. Depending on location, the Senior Analyst Order Management may also execute inter-company transactions for Vehicles / Parts, Accessories & Merchandise. This role will participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve the order management processes and systems and collaborate with similar functions in other regions and / or markets across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Support and enhance the business processes and systems related to the order and inventory management
Liaise with the business resources in all channels (wholesale, retail, e-commerce) to understand the business strategy and requirements, and to help define IT tactical initiatives supporting the business initiatives
Support internal and external stakeholders including the dealer network through the analysis and resolution of operational issues as they arise (troubleshooting and issue resolution).
Execute the overall Order-to-Cash cycle for vehicles / Parts, Accessories, & Merchandise including intercompany and dealer orders
Proactively work with GIS to develop solutions and implement enhancements in order to improve customer experience
Report and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) in a manner that is consistent across the company

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements
Required
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Demonstrated success coordinating and supporting multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, prioritizing and communicating their status
Sound capability of developing data-driven solution recommendations
Strong communication skills
