Business Analyst
Job Description IBS is assisting a Downtown Milwaukee Premier Client hire a consultant for a strong Business Analyst.
This individual is responsible for support and enhancement of IT development, systems, integration and infrastructure projects.
This individual will work with departments across the organization gathering and analyzing requirements and helping with the implementation of solutions to meet the needs of the business.
The business analyst will work with end users providing support, training and assistance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide frontline support and assistance to development, systems, integration, and infrastructure end users, ensure end users are able to perform their day to day duties in IT projects.
Gather requirements and document solutions for functions and processes utilizing and related to development, systems, integration, and infrastructure to further improve and enhance business utilization of projects.
Work with development, systems, integration, and infrastructure end users and team to implement enhancements and changes, facilitate communication and understanding of requirements and processes between team and end users.
Assist in configuration changes and customizations in development, systems, integration, and infrastructure Assist in testing and validating system changes, upgrades and enhancements.
Assist in updating and maintaining data in development, systems, integration, and infrastructure used for operation of the business.
Provide technical leadership in projects related to development, systems, integration, and infrastructure Develop training documentation and provide training to end users.
Assist in managing the requirements process post implementation.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
