UI/UX Web Designer

User Experience Designer Milwaukee, WI DUTIES:
Work within a team of user experience (UX) professionals to research, design, and prototype experiences for interactive user interfaces, meeting demanding quality standards and conforming to various software development and business processes.
Responsibilities:
1.
Under minimal guidance, develop innovative UX designs that meet both business and user requirements --including annotated wireframes, site maps, screen mockups, and behavioral/interaction design.
2.
Take direction from and collaborate with the UX leadership.
3.
Use design pattern library to create experience designs for products.
4.
Collaborate with project team including, engineers, product owners, product managers and others to define product experience.
5.
Identify ways to incorporate and facilitate user research activities, and then incorporate findings into UXD deliverables.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required (advanced degree a plus), and a minimum of 3
years of experience in UX design, user research, or related fields.
- Proficiency with computer applications appropriate to the position and assignment.
- An understanding of the building controls and HVAC industry is a plus.
- Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating their capabilities (online preferred) and must be available for an in-person interview.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
