We are looking to add to our talent pool by identifying enthusiastic, career-minded team players who want to get their foot in the door. An immediate part-time opening exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our parking team at our Milwaukee location.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and handle their inquiries in a time and friendly manner.
Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
Accountable for balancing at the end of shift and completing cash our reports
Provide user support/assistance to customers using the web-based interface.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Customer Service skills a plus
Great attention to details and the ability multi-task.
Basic math skills
Computer knowledge a plus
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
the hours are 4pm 8pm on weekdays and 4pm Event's end during Riverside Events (weekends are a requirement.)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
