Customer Service/Sales Support - West Allis

Receives telephone calls from field reps to place orders and answer inquiries on various issues, including orders, bills, and shipments. Issues call tags, credits, and traces customer order shipments. Interacts with Distribution Center TSMs regarding post-order inquiries. Applies customer credit card payments.
Interacts with Distribution Center TSMs regarding post-order inquiries, such as requesting shelf checks to ensure product availability. Also inquires on the status of NSI (non-stockable item) orders.
Applies customer credit card payments and/or directs payments to bank lock boxes. Also collects payments from customers contacted by the Credit department.
Contacts manufacturers for warranty and product information.
Processes order cancellations and back order cancellations.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Experience:
One to two years call center, customer service experience, or comparable experience required.
High school diploma or the equivalent required.
Good telephone etiquette, ability to answer a high volume of calls, effective dispute resolution. Ability to learn applicable computer systems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
