Summary:.
Contributes to the sale of pharmaceutical products by coordinating and applying the objectives of customer service and sales to ensure quality customer relations and information.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strives to achieve established sales goals.
Handles both incoming and outgoing calls.
Handles multi-task responsibilities with both active and in-active accounts.
Maintains a daily average of 4 hours talk time and a minimum of 65 outbound calls.
Demonstrates high levels of performance by maintaining profit dollar standards.
Updates and maintains current customer records by logging all information in the Customer Profile screen and by changing NCD's as necessary.
Uses the CSS system effectively.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Experience:
Trainable position. Previous sales experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Data entry/typing skills required. Strong communication skills required.
