We have an immediate contract opportunity with a large F500 client in the Milwaukee, WI area.
Essential duties and responsibilities
oDesigns, develops, and implements technology solutions, processes, and structure for a defined architecture portfolio - sales force/ the force platform.
oMay either directly manage others, or act as a subject matter expert as an individual contributor. Job typically has global responsibility.
oLead technical resources and provide hands-on expert level assistance during the build phase based to insure that the delivered software product will in fact fully satisfy the business needs for which it's intended.
oOwnership of solutions and responsibility over translating functional requirements into a technical solution, writing the technical approach and design documentation and communication of design, functional and technical requirements to internal technical teams.
oLeads evaluation of App Exchange tools for feasibility and impact.
oArchitecture design and management of integration, data requirements and advanced customizations utilizing Force.com.
oWork closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, and support) to architect technology solutions aligning both business and technical considerations.
oMentorship junior team members in development, Salesforce.com and cloud computing best practices.
oManage process to implement updates and new enhancements which include creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows
oLead code-review sessions to identify potential problem areas and suggest alternative solutions.
oProvide best practice technical recommendations during design phases.
oProvide guidance and Salesforce.com solutions to complex customer requirements.
oDesign, develop and implement highly scalable, innovative and exemplary Force.com applications.
oDesign, develop and implement new initiatives such as security, single sign-on, data back-up, business collaboration via Chatter, etc.
oOften uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
oMakes significant changes by enhancing entire existing process, systems or products.
oProblems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
oBroad organizational practices across several different job areas or mastery of a discipline within a function.
oManages less than three team members.

oStrong ability to oversee the management of the SFDC technical system landscape on a day-to-day basis while proactively supporting governance and best practice for active business programs
oExperience in data migration and integration aspects of the product, including between different business systems
oA thorough understanding of XML, SQL, relational database logic, ETL processes and enterprise application integration
oProven experience and application development abilities within the Force.com developer toolkit (i.e. Salesforce configuration, APEX classes, Web services API, Visualforce, AppExchange deployment, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Eclipse IDE tools, Metadata APIs, Demand tools, HTTP/HTTPS, writing test classes and EAI processes)
oExperience in deployment and implementation of enterprise sales in the Salesforce.com platform through system configuration, complementary Cloud-based applications, integration, data uploads and technical deployment of new functionality. Global experience a plus.
oHands-on experience on Salesforce.com technical architecture and programming principles
oCommand of mainstream SDLC methodologies and related approaches
oStrong presentation skills with the ability to present to various audience levels
Qualifications
oUniversity Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o10 Years minimum experience
oMinimum 5 years Salesforce.com experience
oExcellent problem solving and organizational skills
oTechnical architect experience
oExperience designing and implementing custom code
oExpertise in determining configuration options vs. code customization
oProven ability to technically lead technical resources
oStrong oral and written communication skills, ability to listen carefully and adapt quickly
oFinancial/sales/marketing analysis and reporting experience
oProven experience with business process optimization
oStrong customer service orientation
Salesforce skills (preferred)
oSalesforce.com specific technical architect experience
oSalesforce.com Certified Administrator
oSalesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator
oSalesforce.com Certified Advanced Developer
oSaleforce.com certified consultant is a plus
oExperience designing and implementing Saleforce.com modules

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
