In brief, this role will provide you the opportunity to showcase your ability to consultant with our myriad clients and help guide them to take their products from raw stock to a finished good in the most efficient and accurate manner.
Job Responsibilities
Although not all inclusive, below should provide a sense of what the opportunity entails:
Coordinate various manufacturing supportive services for internal and external customers.
Task may include but are not limited to the following:
Creating Process Cycle Time Estimates
Provide Training Classes at ET and Onsite at Customer
Provide Customer Technical Support Via Phone & On-Site
Provide Technical Assistance During Sales Process
Manage Customer Relationships
Provide Machine Demonstrations at ET and for Trade Shows
Develop and Maintain Vendor Relationships
Provide Basic Machine and Machine Option Installations
Use CAD/CAM Software Systems
Assist In Fixture/Tooling Design
Complete Turnkey System Execution Including Documentation
Manage Turnkey System Projects
Document Activities for ABC System
Accountable for Customer Satisfaction. Prepare reports for management and project requirements. Maintain proper records of customer issues and requests for support. Interface and assist parts, service, applications, and sales department as needed with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Participate with enthusiasm on other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
We are looking for that rare candidate that is truly energized by teaching and working directly with clients.
You'll have experience with process cycle times, process capabilities and of course a strong understanding of controls such as Fanunc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi and/or similar. What''s more, you''ll have worked on top tier CNC machines such as Mori Seiki and DMG.
