Document Control Support $21-28/hr 12 month contract Milwaukee, WI
Supports the day-to-day flow of paperwork into and out of the Project Office. Enters documents into the document control organization system and files hardcopies and electronic versions, as appropriate. Creates logs of project documents, as appropriate. Creates and distributes overdue correspondence lists, reminds staff members of required actions that are overdue. Creates, updates, and maintains meeting minutes of selected project meetings. Processes submittals and retrieves and re-files project documents, as requested.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
Ability to utilize critical thinking, judgment, and experience to define, analyze, and resolve problems and issues
Demonstrate excellent oral written communication skills by communicating effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven strength with attention to detail
Ability to learn selected document control systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receives incoming correspondence, enters required information into document control system, maintains filing system
Prepares routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of documents requiring action
Supports the flow of consultant and contractor submittals
Prepares correspondence for project managers and ensures that outgoing documents are addressed and mailed
Maintains records for project meetingsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
