Placement Coordinator (Recruiter)

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our West Allis, WI office as a Placement Coordinator. This
position
will recruit, interview, screen, select and place associate employees according to specifications of our client companies.
This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Working hours will be Monday - Friday during business hours, approximately 45 hours per week.
Duties:
o Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant
job
criteria using
computer
databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and
employee
referrals by using skill marketing
o Follow up with clients and associate employees to ensure customer satisfaction
o Build relationships with client companies to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
o Maintain communication with clients as well as candidates to keep them up to date on order status
o Document all applicant and client information correctly
o Perform in-depth behavioral interviews with potential candidates, write resumes and conduct all necessary background checks
Qualifications:
o 2
years related experience
o High School diploma or GED required
o Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
o Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and clean driving history
o Ability to deal with a fast pace environment and multiple tasks
o Self-motivated, self-directed, and organized
o High level of integrity and commitment
o Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Professional and effective telephone and written communication skills
