Responsibilities:
Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of an enterprise's architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy
Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
Must have significant business knowledge and have one or more areas of technical expertise in which they concentrate
Interfaces across several business areas, acting as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects
Responsible for conception of solutions, building consensus and the selling and execution of such solutions
Define the integration architecture for enterprise solution
Experience working with Master Data Hubs, EDW, and ERP systems
Define the standards, policies, approach used for data integration with master data hub
Define the standards, policies, approach used for data cleansing
Create the extract, transform, and load program specifications
Investigates integration requirements, documenting them according to the required standards utilizing the prescribed methods and tools
Investigate and document integrations, and data structures using methodical and consistent techniques. Analyzes the root cause of issues and identifies options for consideration
Applies available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way, and produces a consistently high standard of documentation of both a technical and a descriptive nature
Works with colleagues and clients/users in a team environment
Arranges, prepares and conducts meetings, workshops and presentations for a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating consistently high qualities of communication and persuasive skills

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
computer
Science, Information Systems, or other related field
University degree in MIS, IT, Computing Science or Computer Engineering, Preferred
Equivalent work experience
Typically has 7 to 10 years of IT work experience in multiple IT areas
2 to 3 years of relevant enterprise-wide architecture experience in one or more specialty areas
At least 7 years' experience leading projects with an emphasis on integrations or enterprise development
Experienced creating and maintaining integration programs
Experience creating functional and technical specifications
Experience using appropriate testing tools and techniques and conforming to agreed standards
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with team members and stakeholders at all levels, technical and non-technical, in a positive and team-affirming manner
Attentive to detail and quality oriented
Ability to execute in a timely and accurate manner
Experience with a data management tools is preferred
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience with master data management or data management tools is preferred
Experience working with deployments of SAP ECC is preferred
