Experience:
5
years of PeopleSoft FSCM (Ver 9.x preferred) experience with multiple projects including Implementation, Upgrade and support
Should have strong knowledge PS Financials and Supply Chain Module processes
3
years of experience on Level 1 and 2 functional support
Should have SQL and PS Query skills
Operational business experience of working with ticket
management
tools and onshore-off shore model of support.
Skills Required
Hands on working experience in implementing/supporting/upgrading of PeopleSoft Financials modules in a functional role:
o GL
o AP
o AR
o Contracts
o Projects
o Asset Management
o Travel & Expense
o Billing
Able to understand the current business process around the various PS modules and provide thought leadership on tailoring current business process to PeopleSoft delivered functionalities & capabilities.
Non-Technical:
Good communication skills, having problem solving and learning attitude.
Should be a team player
Worked in a client facing environment (especially NA clients)
Be able to work with little supervision
Excellent client interfacing skills
Capable of conducting user training sessions
