This incumbent will be working within the E-Commerce Vendor department. This department is
responsible
for getting vendors into an ecommerce shipping strategy. This strategy allows for our client to carry merchandise on their website and in turn the vendor supplies the merchandise. The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for
communication
between our client and the vendor to ensure orders are shipped from the vendor's warehouse to our client efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Checking the status of orders daily
Vendor follow-up on customer order status (shipment details)
Review assortments and match items with images
Save and track appropriate file images accordingly through shared folders
Skills &
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook & Excel
1-3 years experience in an Administrative capacity
Ability to work well independently
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy
Experience communicating with outside vendors a plus
Professional communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
