What will you do as a Business Development Manager?
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for prospecting and developing new business relationships with a variety of client companies throughout the Columbusmarket.
BDMs are expected to gather the necessary
job
requisitions to place qualified IT consultants, and facilitate the job requisition information to the Resource Development Managers (recruiters).
BDMs are also required to forecast financial projections for growing the business in his or her territory.

What will prepare you for success as a Business Development Manager?
Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.
2+ years of B2B sales experience within the IT staffing industry.
Must be comfortable with cold-calling and consistent mining for client contacts and will have exposure to the Information Technology industry and well versed in trending IT topics.
Must have exceptional communication skills, professional image, upbeat personality and a strong desire to succeed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
