Responsibilities:Evaluate and propose key architecture options to drive performance.
Develop understanding of key workloads and the impact of the design features on performance.
Work closely with engineering and product management to drive the performance agenda.
Evaluate design alternatives for enhanced performance, and prototype opportunities for performance enhancement.
Design, implement, execute, analyze, interpret, socialize and apply storage-oriented performance measurement and their results, including the creation of tools and automation.
Provide multilayered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.
Requirements:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience into Performance Engineering.
Should have hands-on experience on LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling and BlazeMeter.
Should have background of establishing performance engineering practices for key accounts / companies.
Should have background in establishing performance tunning for large applications written in various tech stacks like Java, JS, .Net, Mainframe etc.
Should have ability to advise on server capacity planning and other improvement areas.
Expertise in articulating and creating performance benchmarks and baselines.
Experience of working in Agile methodology.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
MUST HAVE:
