Responsibilities:
- Accurate Estimation:
Provide precise estimates for commercial drywall projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Project Evaluation:
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs. - Supplier Collaboration:
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive bids and optimize project budgets. - Budget Management:
Prepare comprehensive cost analysis and budget reports, maintaining transparent communication with project managers and clients. - Client Communication:
Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders throughout the estimation process, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Estimation Expertise:
3-5 years of experience in estimating commercial drywall projects, demonstrating proficiency in construction estimating software. - Technical Aptitude:
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. - Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities. - Team Collaboration:
Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to collective success. - Organizational Proficiency:
Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Salary Range:
$80,000 to $100,000 (Depending on Experience)
