Responsibilities:


  • Accurate Estimation:
    Provide precise estimates for commercial drywall projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Project Evaluation:
    Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
  • Supplier Collaboration:
    Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive bids and optimize project budgets.
  • Budget Management:
    Prepare comprehensive cost analysis and budget reports, maintaining transparent communication with project managers and clients.
  • Client Communication:
    Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders throughout the estimation process, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:


  • Estimation Expertise:
    3-5 years of experience in estimating commercial drywall projects, demonstrating proficiency in construction estimating software.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills:
    Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Team Collaboration:
