- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and warm demeanor as they enter the salon - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars -Assisiting Technicians:
help technicians prepare and clean their stations- handling payments - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors - Transcribe documents and correspondence as needed - Proficient in using Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation - Respond to clients in a timley manner Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Familiarity with file management and order entry systems - Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading documents - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Job Types:
