Landscape Account Manager
Landscape Concepts Management is seeking a highly-motivated and client-focused professional to join their growing Grayslake business as an Account Manager for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin areaThis position will travel a couple times a week to the main office in Grayslake, IL.The CompanyLCM has built a strong brand and reputation over the past 30 years by providing exceptional landscape services to over 900 clients throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area and Southeast WisconsinOur experienced and knowledgeable team of landscape professionals ensures a proactive, responsive approach and delivers quality in every facet of commercial landscape services:

Build and foster relationships with LCM Clients and ensure satisfactionPresent recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.If this sounds appealing to you, the following qualifications are what we are seeking:

years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacityExceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skillsStrong organization and conflict management abilitiesCapacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detailDetermination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimationA Winning Attitude!As an Account Manager, you will enjoy:
