The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the field operations and project management teams driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial construction projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of fifteen years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with at least five years of experience in a leadership roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, construction software systems and technologyFinancial acumen and experience in budget managementProven track record in strategic operational planning, functional leader, and project managementExcellent leadership and team building skills, with a track record of developing and managing high performing teamsExhibits adaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities, essential for navigating changing circumstances and challengesExperienced with a high growth organizationHealthcare and sensitive occupied facility construction experience is a plus.
