Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule a team of service technicians - Schedule, train and onboard new technicians - Monitor and evaluate performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Maintain customer relationships at each account, resolve any issues in a timely manner - Ensure quality control for existing accounts - Perform work safely and deliver service that is consistent with Interiorscapes mission
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required - Previous leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - A desire to have a green thumb! The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
