Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their ice cream selections.
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions, maintaining accuracy and following proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and inviting shop environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment regularly.
- Restock supplies, including ice cream containers, cones, toppings, and utensils, ensuring availability for customer orders.
- Explain ice cream flavors, specials, and promotions to customers, providing recommendations when requested.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, resolving issues to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of the shop before and after opening hours.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
