Duties & Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack and ship various sized parts to support quick turnaround of orders.
Count, weigh, measure or examine packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications.
Stock shelves by placing material in appropriate locations.
Follow all required ISO and FDA regulations as communicated through the Quality Management System.
Determine method of shipment and properly package items to ensure that no loss or damage occurs in shipping.
Maintain control of inbound materials parts and supplies for department, unload deliveries, verify contents (address, quantity, etc.
) and determine appropriate handling.
Prepare all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions in ERP system.
Enter shipping data into FedEx and UPS systems to prepare for delivery.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Assist in other areas where needed.
Required Skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Minimum 2 yrs.
of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse preferred.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Experience preparing complex international shipping documentation.
Proactive, professional, and self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
Physical Demands Frequently required to walk, bend, stoop, balance, and stand for long periods.
Must be able to use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move various materials.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
