Payroll Specialist
Vaco Staffing is hiring for a Payroll Specialist for a client in West Allis, WI.
This is a contract role with potential to hire directly.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process 800
person payroll Compiling data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions Polling electronic timesheets and reviewing the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies related to payroll Processing bi-weekly transfer of payroll data to payroll system Work with leadership to ensure accurate pay of employees Contacting various employees and/or leadership for any missing information Research employee questions concerning paychecks and payroll in general Pulling payroll reports Assist with additional projects and duties as needed What You'll Need:
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent 2
years of payroll processing experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Paycom is preferred Why contract with VACO? Vaco offers a full benefits package to Contract employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other voluntary benefits.
