4K - $60K a year The Human Resources Generalist will have a passion for serving TRIUN3 clients by providing outstanding customer service to employees.
This position will be a hands-on player in Human Resources by supporting the daily functions of internal and client HR departments including general HR administration, answer initial employee questions and emerging problems, benefits administration, organization objectives and other projects as assigned.
Duties:
Act as a first point of contact for employees and client questions and concerns regarding HR matters.
Administer and execute HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, performance and talent management, and employee recognition.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding process.
Assist with HR actions including password resets and PTO in Paylocity software.
Coordinate the exit interview process and complies statistically relevant information.
Implement HR policies and procedures that support the strategic direction of the organization and its clients.
Craft professional and compelling HR internal communications to the organization and its clients.
Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
Build meaningful relationships with all levels of staff within the organization and its clients.
Perform other responsibilities as requested or required.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Certified Professional in Human Resources (aPHR & PHR) or Society of Human Resources (SHRM) encouraged or willingness to obtain within first year.
Experience with recruitment and hiring preferred.
Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen and respond to the needs of others.
Strong morals and ethics exercising sound judgement.
Customer service mentality with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively with attention to detail.
