Driver (Milwaukee)Community Care is hiring a Driver to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity at our 1626 Washington Ave, Racine, WI facility.
$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Driver Job
Responsibilities:
o Reports any changes in the member's home, behavior, or condition to the appropriate staff person.
o Transports members from/to home to/from Community Care sites and/or medical appointments.
o Completes and submits daily route sheets, including pickup and delivery times.
o Problem solves and notifies supervisor of transportation scheduling issues.
Driver Job Requirements:
o Education:
High School Diploma preferred o Licensure:
Wisconsin Drivers License, eligible for School Bus endorsement.
o
Experience:
A minimum of one year of personal, clinical/internship, and/or employment experience providing care or services for a frail or elderly population required.
Preferred:
Experience providing transport services for the elderly strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Milwaukee and Racine City Streets and Traffic Patterns.
Ability to proceed on assignments with limited supervision.
Driver Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7-3:
30 or 8-4:
30 depending on need at the time.
Rolling on-call schedule.
2 weeks on-call every 3 months.
Holiday work voluntary or as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
