Job Description:
Rite-Hite is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and drive the companys human resources initiatives.
The CHRO will be responsible for managing all facets of the human resources department, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity, and actively contributing to the companys strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between people strategy, organizational design, and business strategy while championing our company culture and values.
Key
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with Rite-Hites overall business objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices using innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Culture and Employee Engagement Be the carrier of Rite-Hites company culture, ensuring it is embedded in all HR practices and policies.
Champion a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration, valuing each individual employee as a primary asset.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Actively engage with employees across the organization by visiting locations and attending employee events throughout the US and world.
Build strong relationships with employees and promote a sense of belonging within the company.
Talent Acquisition and Development Lead the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top-notch employees.
Develop and implement talent development and career growth programs.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
Create career development paths and training programs to support the growth and advancement of manufacturing and technician employees.
Performance Management Leader of performance management systems and processes to drive employee performance and development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers in performance-related matters.
Employee Relations and Compliance Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee HR investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Organizational Design and Compensation Program Optimization Optimize the companys compensation program to align with strategic business goals and industry benchmarks.
Ensure fairness and equity in compensation relative to the market, promoting a competitive advantage in talent acquisition and retention.
Collaborate on organizational design initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness, aligning structure with strategic objectives.
Safety Maintain and ensure safety programs and practices are followed throughout the company.
Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure a safe work environment and promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR leader with a minimum of 10 years in a senior HR role, ideally with a manufacturing and/or distribution business.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategy with overall business goals.
Strong understanding of HR technology and its application to enhance HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a positive company culture.
A commitment to valuing and respecting each individual employee as a primary asset.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
