This is a full-time position that does not require working late nights, weekends, or holidays.

Scope-Purpose The Human Resources Generalist Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and refers job applicants/candidates for job openings.
Follows new and existing staff throughout the first 90 days of their new position to identify personnel needs and confers feedback with management.
Coordinates and administers training and development programs to maximize the human resource potential within the organization.
Essential Functions and Duties 1.
Confers with management, supervisors, and organization budget to address personnel needs.
2.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.
3.
Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions based on job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skill set needed.
4.
Assist with the development of recruitment programs and budgets to attract applicants and fill specific job openings.
5.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
6.
Reviews resumes/applications and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements in comparison to job vacancies and approved salary scale.
7.
Refers and schedules candidates for interviews with the hiring manager and represents HR as part of the interview panel, providing information about the organization and benefit programs.
8.
Develop recruitment materials, such as brochures, handouts, etc.
about the organization and its opportunities.
9.
Writes and places job advertising/postings internally, on applicable job boards, and in the applicant/hiring tracking system.

Attends and coordinates participation at job fairs, including display setup, answering questions regarding job vacancies, providing information about the organization, and following up with candidates who have expressed interest and/or may be a good fit for current and potential vacancies.

Develop and maintain contacts with external recruiters, employment agencies, schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
12.
Make public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities.
13.
Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
14.
Confer with managers and supervisors to determine onboarding training needs and thereafter provide a 90-day onboarding schedule.
15.
Assist management with the preparation of training material and schedule training, arrange for conference rooms, and ensure set up of rooms, availability of audiovisual equipment, and employee notification.
16.
Organize and maintain training manuals, reference library, and other educational materials used for new hire onboarding and other training scheduled.
17.
Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate and publish employee/participant feedback thereafter working with management to modify training programs as needed.
18.
Keep up to date on new techniques and developments in training, as well as governmental regulations affecting company policies and human resource practices.
19.
Supports and backs up the HR Generalist with open enrollment and processing benefits.
20.
Supports and backs up the bi-weekly payroll processing.
21.
Assist in professional duties required to maintain the functionality of the Human Resource Department.
22.
Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but will accept AA degree in Human Resource Management, college or university human resource program certificate; or four to six years related experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
Must have a strong recruitment background, preferably in healthcare.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
