Penzeys Spices has a full time Facilities Laborer position available.
A Facilities Laborer at Penzeys will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all employees, guests and vendors.
understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
be able to travel and transport equipment between multiple worksites in the Milwaukee area.
be able to work independently without direct supervision.
have great time management, organization and prioritization skills.
have keen attention to detail and efficient problem solving skills.
be required to have basic computer skills, including the ability to learn computerized maintenance programs.
This is a physically active job that includes bending,lifting,kneeling,and stooping.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
o Routine Building Preventive Maintenance - including carpentry,painting, lights, locks, windows doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, drains, etc.
o Routine maintenance on HVAC and related systems o Basic electrical o Minor plumbing o Cleaning as necessary o Ability to operate standard powered and non-powered tools The shift is from 6am-2pm Monday through Friday.
May be required to work some weekendsto help with coverage.
Full Time Benefits include:
Starting rate of $19 based on experience.
