Internship Program Structure:
Duration/Schedule:
Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months Hybrid Flexibility:
at least 2 days in the office Start Date:
December 2023 What you'll do:
Provide employee customer service.
Perform human resources project work, including assistance with recruitment, benefits administration, research, creating reports, and event planning assistance.
Assist in conducting new hire orientation.
Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates.
Maintain employee file accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality.
Document and improve processes.
What you'll need:
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
Cumulative GPA of 2.
75 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Recommended Skills Communication Confidentiality Customer Service Employee Benefits Event Management Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
