ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

Support setup of new equipment as part of Milwaukee site decommissioning and transfer planned for Q3 of 2024 Completing preventative maintenance (PM) on production test equipment, printers and fixturing Performing Installation Qualification (IQ) validations as required Assisting with production test fixture (TF) related issues Maintaining calibration schedule for production equipment in house and at contract manufacturers Maintaining accuracy of the calibration database with all current and up-to-date activities Coordinate equipment repairs with calibration suppliers and vendors as needed Maintaining the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) verification plan Supporting the QA department with various duties and tasks Coordinating with the records storage vendor for pick-ups & deliveries Maintaining the Device History Record (DHR) post-production related activities Capable of performing non-routine or complex tasks.
Observes, records, and analyzes data to maintain daily reports.
What you'll bring Qualifications External High school diploma, GED or above 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred Strong organizational/documentation skills.
Strong understanding of calibration and related activities Strong electronic testing equipment background Basic understanding of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) Microsoft Excel experience Agile and or SAP experience is preferred Demonstrated high attention to detail Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Assembly And Installation Attention To Detail Calibration Databases Electronics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
