Job
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect surfaces, floors, dishes, furnishings, and other household items Change bed sheets, towels, and other linens Launder bed sheets, towels, and other linens.
If no on-site machines are available, cleaner is responsible for cost of using personal machines, laundromat, etc.
Restock supplies and stage furniture to restore each apartment to its guest-ready state Identify and document repairs and maintenance issues for furnishings, appliances, and other items and report these needs to management Perform basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and replacing batteries Use mobile smartphone to promptly and clearly communicate with the team and report progress throughout the work day Compensation:
$25/turnover for 1BRs, $30/turnover for 2BRs, $35/turnover for 2BR
The average turnover takes 45-60 minutes Experienced cleaners can complete 3-4 turnovers/day Equipment and supplies are provided Incentive bonus is payable after 90 days of satisfactory work.
Bonus is not offered if candidate was referred by someone else Job Type:
