75 time Union Supervisor/ Resource Moderator for the 2023 - 2024 school year.
Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Union Supervisor/Resource Moderator supervises students in the Student Union and resource rooms and maintains order and cleanliness.
Position Responsibilities ? Supervises students before school in the Student Union daily from 6:
30 a.
m.
until 7:
40 a.

? Sets up the Union for daily use.
? Supervises the movement of students in and out of the Union ? Check schedules as students come into the Union to make sure that Union is on their schedule ? Monitor incoming students with late passes and issue passes for those that need to report to other rooms ? Check skip reports and remove students who need to be sent to class or the office ? Use Union PA to set expectations at the start of mods and give reminders for clean-up / exit times toward the end of mods.
? Assists in the supervision and maintenance of the Union including:
? Routine circulation among the students throughout each; ? Enforcement of school policy and guidelines; ? Direction of students regarding placement of furniture and food disposal; ? Regular clean-up of Union including wiping tables.
? Report to the assigned resource room for student supervision during non-lunch blocks.
? Other duties as assigned by the Dean of Students/Principal.
Qualifications ? Have at least a high school degree ? Works well with teens of all backgrounds and abilities ? Responsible and punctual ? Organized and a self-starter ? Able to follow and enforce Pius XI school policies ? Ability to work 6:
