Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the emergency room (ER) staff - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals - Maintain and update patient records and charts - Schedule appointments and coordinate patient admissions and discharges - Assist with ordering and organizing supplies for the ER - Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families Requirements:
- Previous experience as a unit clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records systems Note:
