4K - $101K a year 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago We're currently looking for an experienced and creative Technology Manager who's looking to apply a deep and diverse skillset to Interstate's innovative portfolio of technology-based managed parking solutions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for project leadership, planning, and communications to ensure Interstate's technology innovations are completed on time, within budget, and able to meet business objectives.
Interstate Parking is a rapidly growing managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 275 team members operating over 250 locations with more than 65,000 parking spaces in geographic markets spanning from California to Indiana.

Here's what you'll do:
Plan and execute technology-based projects from initiation through closure - adhering to standard project management methodologies and best practices (including Agile project management techniques).
Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and able to meet business objectives.
Plan and execute projects from initiation through closure adhering to standard project management methods, strict control procedures, and stringent audit requirements.
Maintain close working relationships with cross functional teams comprised of internal customers and stakeholders as well as with external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Focus on the use of Agile project management techniques where applicable to drive more rapid and faster project delivery times.
Here's what we're looking for:
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively increasing responsibility and achievement in the implementation of large-scale technology projects with a successful project delivery record.
A Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline is required.
Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale technology projects with a successful project delivery record.
Ability to partner effectively with business professionals and internal/external IT professionals.
Experience managing projects in a team-oriented cross-organizational environment.
Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience measuring project success with respect to business objectives, costs, schedule and quality.
PMP certification preferred.
