Full-Time HR Director / Scheduler Responsibilities for HR Director / Scheduler:
Assist department heads in recruitment of new hires and retention of staff.
Complete onboarding and facilitate orientation with all new hires.
Mediate all labor related issues within the facility.
Oversee payroll, Workman's Compensation, FMLA and Disability.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Create and maintain staff schedules Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications for HR Director / Scheduler:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with peers.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required Glendale Care Center is an equal opportunity employer.
