This opening is a contract position, with the strong possibility of it becoming contract-to-hire based on employee performance.
Work hours are 8:
00am-4:
30pm, with some hybrid work allowed.
Compensation is estimated at $19.
00 - $20.
00 based on experience.
Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITES Resolve errors on team timesheets to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Investigate timesheet issues Contact internal parties/employees with timesheet errors; assist with rectifying issues Educate employees on timesheet best practices going forward Assisting with inbound calls from employees regarding related matters Maintain accurate records (data entry) to ensure payroll team is able to process on-time EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel) Strong data entry skills Analytical mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced work setting Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High school diploma or equivalent required Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
