Product ManagerECP is a market-leading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents.
ECP is used in over 2,000 communities around the world.
We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.
We're looking for an experienced product manager that is excited to make an impact at a fast-growing 60-person company.
This role will report to our Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities Oversee the continued development of existing products Own the success of assigned projects and products (e.

, solve customer pain points and meet business objectives) Be an expert on the product, customer, business, market, and industry Analyze data and metrics to make informed product decisions Collaborate with product team (product, engineering, design, marketing) to execute product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, product development and product launch Act as an Agile Product Owner (communicate product vision, prioritize product backlog, write product requirements, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives) Requirements 2
years of product management experience at a SaaS company A relevant degree or background (e.

, business, design, engineering, a leadership role in health/long-term care) Strategic and critical thinker Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process Strong project management skills & attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Attention To Detail Business Planning Communication Critical Thinking Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
