Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service phone line- Ensure effective, efficient, and timely customer care for orders received via email and phone- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems as they occur, getting to the root cause of the concern- Enter orders- Communicate critical issues and information to team members and supervisor to ensure problem resolutionRequirements for Customer Service:
