Job Description Director, Product Operations - Plex The Plex team is searching for a dynamic and experienced Operations Leader with a depth of experience Product Operations, with a specific focus in the Enterprise / B2B space and a passion for delivering scale by driving an efficient organization and a culture of data-informed decision making.
In this role, you will be chartered with building and leading the Product Operations Function and recruiting, hiring, and leading a team of Product Analysts, Researchers, and Operations Specialists to deliver and leverage growth.
You'll drive scale through strong operations, analysis, and insight to help the whole of the Product Team do what they do best - deliver outcomes to customers through great product by way of great product decisions.
You will assist us in taking an already successful, exciting, and market-leading multi-product portfolio - with world-class retention rates - to the next level by driving operational rigor and discipline and through deeply understanding, standardizing, and improving our research, data, processes, analysis, and insights to help us deliver best-in-class products that are informed by data.
With input and support from the Product Management team, Sr.
Leadership, and Industry experts, you will be responsible for leading an Operations team and engaging across the full Plex organization to deliver insights, processes, and analysis that will allow us to provide greater positive customer outcomes, increased growth, more efficiently.
You will provide the domain knowledge and acumen that will continue to engender confidence and scale throughout the organization, customer-base, and marketplace as Plex continues to develop its portfolio in the global market.

Essential Functions Inspire, motivate, and organize a team to do their best work and achieve their full potential and career ambitions Create a Product Operations vision, charter, along with a Strategic Product Operations roadmap Drive collaboration throughout your team and the broader product portfolio and organization Continuously drive results through successful project completion Automate processes, data, and analysis to allow for timely decision-making and communication Leverage data from multiple systems (SFDC, Jira, etc.
) and key areas such as product usage, market trends, opportunities, competition, product requests, support tickets, etc.
to deliver insight and opportunities that allow Product Managers to be more effective and efficient in decision making and more impactful product releases Deliver standardized reporting and dashboarding and ensuring data is clean and consistent Be a bridge to the rest of the organization with process, data, and insight alignment Identify opportunities for cross-portfolio improvement and design, implement, and own light processes to facilitate organizational alignment and scale Advise Executive and Sr.
Leadership on necessary improvements and make recommendations on strategic direction and investments through collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data around revenue and cost drivers, staffing, and investment areas to drive growth Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, or related area or equivalent years of relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications Typically requires 5
years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Program/Product Management, or other related functions within the B2B/Enterprise software sector MBA is preferred Hands-on experience leading a team of various Operations, Analysis, Research, and data functions and delivering projects across a portfolio of products Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects Strong experience with data and analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into simple and actionable insights Superior analytical, organizational, and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills The Base Salary Compensation range for this role is $123,680.
00 - 185,520.
00 Annual with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary.
