Human Resources Specialist

A manufacturing company in Wisconsin is looking to add a new Human Resources Specialist to their growing team in Milwaukee.
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Specialist will:
Source candidates using a variety of strategies Conduct applicant screening (resume review, interviewing, reference checks) Monitor and update all personnel movement for temporary and regular employees Ensure that all personal data of new hires are created in the companies integrated ERP system (M1) and maintained in the virtual data storage (document central) Develop employer brand to attract applicants Manage the company's performance management system to ensure compliance to guided distribution Review annual performance data to identify employee training needs Summarize training needs to develop annual training calendar Assist the Managers and Supervisors in the implementation of the company's performance management system Identify talents in the organization and create their development plans using a competency-based system Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
4
years of related Human Resources experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Computer savvy Microsoft Office Suite proficient Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Enterprise Resource Planning Human Resources Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
