And if that's you we would love to have you join us!This role reports to the North America Global Finance Operations (GFO) Acquisitions Accounting team and is located in Milwaukee, WI.
The position will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records on the legacy accounting systems of the acquisitions ensuring timely reporting into SAP/FCC.
The individual will work collaboratively with local acquisition finance and the Global Finance Operations organizations.
The position will also support the transition of workloads to the applicable Rockwell Automation functional centers of excellence.
Scope of duties may include:
Maintain a complete and systematic set of financial transactions in the legacy systems of the acquisitions Consolidate and report results into SAP/FCC on a monthly basis Calculate and report statistical information Automate processes and support simplification and standardization efforts Drive adoption of Rockwell Automation processes including but not limited to thresholds of accruals, prepaids and PP&E Assist in the transfer of workload to Rockwell Finance centers of excellence ensuring continuity of business support and enabling the use of standard tools and processes Perform account reconciliations Assist with team training efforts developing legacy ERP systems knowledge Document transactional and submission processes Occasional travel may be required Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related Legal authorization to work in the U.
S.
is required.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting Strong personal computer skills and system acumen Willingness to challenge the status quo to enhance productivity, processes, and procedures An impeccable sense of integrity and business ethics Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple short-range and long-range tasks in a time-sensitive environment Effective use of networking skills Excellent communication skills This position is part of a job family.
