Theyll specifically help with Pack production which is the material that lights up when an x-ray hits it and is then read by computer components to give an image to a CT scan.

Manufacturing Technician - Wiresaw TechnicianoJob Description SummaryJob Description SummaryThe Manufacturing Technician-(Wiresaw Operator) Main responsibilities include but not limited to equipment set up, 1st step troubleshooting of equipment, understanding of quality data graphics for quality monitoring, escalation of quality and equipment deficiencies, proper documentation according to company guidelines, lite assembly for production, able to follow company operating manufacturing standards for equipment and manufacturing production, basic communication skill both verbal and written to report/document data results.
Safety oriented mindset and able to meet delivery goals in a timely manner.

Hiring RequirementsJob Description1.
Equipment set up for production in accordance to specified settings.
2.
Monitoring product quality using data graphics attach to the manufacturing process.
3.
Escalate abnormalities with equipment quality and production flow.
4.
Maintain workstation in an orderly state following the 5S protocol.
5.
Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions6.
From detailed instructions, set up equipment for material recovery when applicable (rework)7.
Maintain accurate records of the work performed as required for companys quality policy8.
May be required to work with engineering personnel for process development and improvement.
9.
Assist with product recovery when not operating assigned equipment.
10.
Assist with tool cleaning when equipment is in idle state11.
Comply with daily delivery goals12.
Complies with all EHS and Quality procedures and policiesDesired Qualifications-oTechnical Diploma in manufacturing fields, Certificate on CNC set up and operations, High school diploma with 2 years of experience in CNC operationsoManufacturing experience - 2 to 3 yearsoAble to communicate in English both verbal and WritingIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
