This position will be partnering with internal and external stakeholders to help our customers achieve their desired outcomes and productivity goals to enhance their experience with Rockwell Automation.
This position is highly collaborative with key program stakeholders.
Commercial Engagements:
The Academy of Advanced Manufacturing (AAM) Business Development Lead (BDL) is responsible for managing a highly dynamic environment to ensure customer satisfaction and positive program outcomes.

The position works closely with marketing, sales, as well as other customer facing resources to ensure capability surrounding AAM.
The BDL will support the Business Development Manager (BDM) to ensure that the AAM program execution matches the evolving requirements of the customer base.
The BDL will support the BDM in successful execution of the AAM program requirements to support revenue targets.
Commercial Execution:
The BDL is responsible for owning the entirety of the hiring lifecycle during each program.
Responsibilities range from pre-program prep and communication with customers/trainees, engaging with students and guiding them through the hiring expectations, and documenting the process execution/outcomes.
During the program, the BDL will work directly with the core delivery team to provide a commercial perspective on key discussions regarding trainees.
Likewise, the BDL will work directly with the Manpower Group resources driving connectivity between trainees and customer requirement.
Program Execution:
The BDL is responsible for clearly and consistently documenting the commercial processes & execution of these processes.
The BDL will help to continually improve the program through creating and executing processes that enable consistency in execution across programs.
The BDL will be a critical resource to AAM on-going growth and expansion plans.
What You Will Do Educate and amplify through Rockwell Sales channels Track and manage sales funnel for AAM program Represent the AAM program at customer facing events Manage the program hiring process with customers Manage the program hiring process with trainees Conduct interviews and assessment efforts as part of the talent assessment process Process execution, documentation, and improvement Directly collaborate with key program delivery resources as the commercial lead Support program enhancement and expansion Skills You Have Ability to identify customer needs and articulate offering value Teaming through influence, empathy, and collaboration Ability to manage through complex and fast-paced customer engagements Develop innovative solutions to achieve critical strategic outcomes Accountability to track and manage multiple simultaneous projects Process oriented and willing to drive continuous improvement Project management mindset Basic
Qualifications:
4 year completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent work experience Experience working with the AAM program 3
years of professional experience working with customers This position is part of a job family.
