What we need:
The Senior Compensation Analyst will be the primary member of the Brady compensation and benefits team that supports the strategy, design and administration of Brady's global compensation and total rewards programs.
This role will be responsible for independently running the annual merit and bonus process in Workday (in collaboration with the HRIS team), ownership of Brady's global compensation structure, analyzing and benchmarking pay, turnover and compensation reporting for leadership, and provide direct education and support to HR business partners around the globe on compensation needs.
This role reports directly to the Global Compensation Benefits Director.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for all compensation activities which includes conducting job evaluations and making salary recommendations, creating and maintaining compensation structures, developing controls and completing compliance audits for compensation and incentive plans, and identifying ways to improve upon current compensation practices.
Assist in the strategy, design, and development of new compensation programs and Independently administer the annual merit and bonus process in Workday, including coordination of merit budgets, collection of bonus eligible earnings, review and audit of bonus calculations, preparation of communications, development and delivering of training, and collaboration with HRIS and HR business partners to drive process improvements.
Implement Payscale's Payfactors solution to use for market and pay analysis and partner with Payscale to match Brady's existing job catalog to market data.
Determine other global salary survey needs, participate in salary surveys and interprets survey results to benchmark current pay practices.
Conduct research to resolve compensation issues and maintains awareness of competitive trends.
Partners with key stakeholders when supporting the development, review and communication of annual and critical compensation programs and Assist in the annual equity administration process, including preparation of benchmark equity levels for eligible roles, creation of employee grant letters, and load of award details in Workday.
Assist in preparation of annual total compensation statements for U.
S.
employees, including utilization of excel macros to mass generate employee level statements.
Create and maintain turnover, compensation and other KPI reporting based on global HR and business needs.
Partners with HRIS to leverage technology to implement automated solutions for improved administration of critical compensation Support integration of compensation programs for mergers and acquisitions as needed.
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
3 - 5 years of compensation and incentive plan administration or financial analysis experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyze large volumes of data.
Experience and desire to structure processes and programs.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, ability to solve problems, and think creatively.
Mindset for continuous improvement with the ability to speak up when an opportunity is identified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to be clear and concise.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships to drive collaboration.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
