2nd Shift Production Supervisor

OPPORTUNITY The primary purpose of this position is to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction in an efficient and cost-effective manner, by performing the duties necessary for safe and efficient production and filling.
2nd Shift hours are Monday to Friday from 2:
00pm to 10:
30pm As Production Supervisor, primary responsibilities include:
Maintains Good Housekeeping practices throughout the warehouse.
Manages expenses required for the daily operation of the production departments.
Ensures daily cycle counting of assigned bulk and LTL products.
Maintains accurate inventory levels by processing necessary computer work in a timely manner Supervises the activities, procedures and standards of performance for all production personnel following established SOPs, safety and RCEP policies.
Plans production to meet delivery schedules and maintain preset inventory levels, while optimizing equipment use and employee time.
Guides employee performance and development through the use of daily communication and annual performance evaluations.
Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required.
Review changes/additions with your supervisor.
Must be RCRA compliant.
Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
Maintains label inventory.
Tracks railcars and coordinates switches.
Assist other departments, as necessary, on a day-to-day basis.
Works with other staff members to maintain workload balances.
Provides back-up support as necessary.
Supports effective communication with all Hydrite departments where responsibilities overlap to ensure success of the branch team.
REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to the Tech Room Manager.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA High school diploma or equivalent required.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Management or Lead operator experience preferred.
Chemistry and Engineering background recommended.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Excel required.
Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
