Summary:
Brady Identification Solutions is looking for a forward-thinking, agile Associate Digital Product Manager with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for customer experience (internal and external) and analytics. The Associate Digital Product Manager will assist the Product Manager define, oversee, and execute the digital product roadmap, objectives, and goals to transform our eCommerce websites, platforms and processes. Responsibilities:
Work with cross functional teams throughout the global organization to execute comprehensive product portfolio plans while maintaining a cohesive vision and a strong customer-focus Contribute to problem and solution discovery efforts interviewing stakeholders, customers and analyzing data Drive agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, and demos with Software Engineering teams Maintain a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to the overall solution roadmap Write stories that articulate work to be done by Engineering Prioritize and scope tasks as defined by the Product Manager Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner Working closely with our stakeholder team to understand the business and adapt solutions as it evolves Support Customer Support, Sales, and Product Marketing in the development of feature descriptions and new release content Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests Document new product features and processes Communicate, launch and train new product features to stakeholders and internal users Stay informed about competitive trends, technologies, and leverage digital best practices-to drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue Other duties as assigned Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience working in digital marketing or ecommerce Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies Assertive in nature, able to reach out to cross-functional teams, both local and international, and drive conversations to identify, plan and execute opportunities Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback, including web analytics Leads with curiosity and creative thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills High-level presentation and communication skills Understanding of eCommerce and digital technologies Up to 10% travel, international and domestic Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
2 years in a similar role would be advantageous Practiced Agile scrum methodology Experience with project management and project management tools Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once Able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing or competing priorities Sufficient analytical abilities to quantify opportunities from both an external market and internal viewpoint Competency in training internal departments on new product features
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
