Summary:
Brady is looking for an SQA Supervisor to work with engineering teams to improve the quality of products being developed. The core purpose of this position is to execute the test effort on software development projects. You will be part of an engineering team designing and building embedded, desktop, web and mobile applications that will enable Brady to provide various solutions to our customers globally. Responsibilities:
Provides leadership in the development team members by mentoring and training in QA best practices Lead SQA Scrum teams and ensure they follow quality software engineering best practices Manage creation, execution and maintenance of manual tests and effectively manage test environments Oversee the development of sustainable test automation frameworks, tools and automated test suites Support team by directly testing as needed to meet deadlines Oversee results of customer issues being escalated into R&D and troubleshoot complex issues using advanced testing techniques Facilitate SQA participation in design, design reviews, code reviews and implementations Develop and document SQA process, standards and best practices Interface with product and development teams to address bugs, enhancements and features Encourage, build and maintain relationships with Technical Support technicians and management Provides leadership in the selection and implementation of quality tools Communicate test coverage, risks and defects to aid in decision making Identifies and facilitates training needs within the team Performs other duties as required. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a Science-related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of software quality assurance experience and 3 years of experience leading both internal and external teams Project management experience with proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with a Certification in Software Test Management or Software Quality Testing or Certified Scrum Master Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, product owners, and/or scrum masters and willingness to do-so in person where possible Ability and willingness to work on-site in a standard office environment Prior experience with test automation tools (EG:
Selenium) Some experience with various mobile test platforms (Android, iOS) Understanding of Test Driven Development Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience with and administration of Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager Ability to independently learn software technologies and Brady product lines Extensive experience planning and leading testing efforts for complex software development projects. Advanced understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and methodologies Advanced knowledge and experience implementing software testing tools, such as defect and test case management tools and automation tools Familiarity with programming languages and/or scripting Strong analytical and problem solving skills while staying highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple high priorities in a fast paced environment Flexibility to work in rapidly changing situations while driving for results and managing deadlines Experience with and administration of VMWare Familiarity with databases, web protocols, programming languages, and cloud virtualization technologies
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Quality AssuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
