The role will be offered with varying work volumes.
This part-time position will be on an as-needed basis, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and workload.
The main job of a process server is to deliver or serve legal documents to parties in a court case.
A potential process server must meet the following requirements:
Personable and trustworthy Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends during the same week at times.
A flexible schedule would be key to this position.
Have your own reliable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance Be computer savvy; our attempts and affidavits are all done on a computer or smart phone.
Have access to a printer, computer, scanner, and smart phone Be at least 18 years old and a Wisconsin resident Able to pass a background check Self-motivated and able to work independently Job Types:
Part-time, Contract Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location:
On the road.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
