In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring an Automotive Key Technician Apprentice immediately.
The Automotive Key Technician Apprentice will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes.
Responsibilities:
Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code Creating automotive keys and programming transponders Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales Manage on-site Inventory Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Requirements:
Proven customer service and sales experience Evaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships.
Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred Previous sales and customer service experience Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles Job Type:
